Q: I get tired during qigong practice after drinking milk. How to deal with it?

A: People who practice qigong should pay attention to food. Don’t think that being able to eat a lot and eating more are good. Food with more sugar can ferment in the body and become alcohol (not lactic acid), and eating such food more will make us feel tired. Hence eating a lot of rice can also make us drunk. Generally do not eat too much and too full, just up to the principle of not being hungry.
