Q: What to do when we get frightened during qigong practice?

A: It is better to go back to the place where you have practiced. Get the qi and add thoughts that make us calm. During the time we get frightened, don’t open the eyes and actively use our consciousness to calm ourselves. You can continue to practice or end the practice.
