A: For the day-to-day practice, the key is to have the awareness of qigong practice in mind, and relax at the same time. As we are not in the place for qigong practice, there is a certain degree of difficulty in keeping quiet out of noisiness. If we cannot control our own consciousness, use the method of focusing on one thought only. We can think of the chant of Zhineng Qigong “Hun Yuan Ling Tong” while we are walking, sitting or lying. Repeating the chant is also a springboard to help people get quiet. By saying “Hun Yuan Ling Tong”, there would be transformation in qi and this helps us get quiet easier. |
