A: There are several ways to deal with distracting thoughts:
1. When distracting thoughts appear, stop and do not think about them again. Do not analyze and pay attention to them. Focus again on the qigong practice.
2. If the distracting thoughts are very strong, one can practice the qigong exercise strongly or quickly until the distracting thoughts have gone. Then do the qigong exercise in the usual speed.
3. Use the consciousness to roll the eyeballs once.
4. Do not mind the presence of the distracting thoughts and pay no attention to them at all. |
