A: People need to have a new understanding on dreaming. In the past, people think that dreaming would affect the rest of our body. However, in recent biological research, it found that dreaming has a regulating effect on body and it would not affect our rest. Everyone would dream several dreams every night. Some remember while some don’t. Some people would say that they have dreamed the whole night. In fact, they have not dreamed the whole night. They can remember all their dreams and therefore feel that the dreaming time is very long. If people can get rid of their negative attitude on dreaming, dreaming would not have any negative effect. |
